ORDERING

Do I need to create an account to place order at Orlabelle Fashion ?

No, you can purchase from us without creating an account. However, you can save your time to fill in the shipping address details for every order you place with us, keep track your order status and start enjoying rewards by creating an account with us.

Currently I'm facing problem to add the items into my shopping cart. What should I do ?

You are unable to add the items into your shopping cart if the items have been listed as 'Out of Stock'.

I am interested on one of the items in your website but the item is 'Out-Of-Stock'. Will you restock the sold out items ?

We will restock popular sold out items whenever it's possible. You can join our mailing list from out-of-stock item product page or manually send us an email to orders@orlabellefashion.com. Our sales team will send you a Back In Stock notification when the item is restocked and available for placing order at our online store. The email notification does not reserve an item for you until you have completed placing an order with us by checkout the items and received the order confirmation email from our sales team.

Can I amend my order upon final check out ?

We strive to dispatch your order as soon as we can. Hence, all the orders are placed and confirmed upon final check out. Cancellation and amendment can't be made once your order has been confirmed. Do check and ensure that everything is correct before final checkout.

What happens if I missed my delivery ?

In the event of unsuccessful delivery, your parcel will be returned to us after 2 failed attempts delivery. A re-delivery fees will be charged and payable by the customer.

What happens if I received incorrect / defective items ?

We sincerely apologise for any incorrect or defective items received and we would like to make it up to you.

Please drop us an email here with the following information within 7 working days of receiving the order :

  1. Your order reference number.
  2. The email subject of the issue (eg.Incorrect/defective item).
  3. A photograph/snapshot clearly showing the area of defect or wrong item received.

What mode of payment does Orlabelle Fashion accept ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

How can I utilise my promo code/voucher code when making payment ?

Simply checkout your order as usual. You can select the option 'have a promo code?' and key in a promo code/voucher code and click on 'APPLY' button. Discounts will be automatically calculated during the payment stage. Thereafter, you can proceed to make payment for the net balance amount as usual.

How can I utilise my loyalty points when making payment ?

Simply checkout your order as usual. You can select the option 'redeem now', key in the points earned and click on 'REDEEM' button. Discounts will be automatically calculated during the payment stage. Thereafter, you can proceed to make payment for the net balance amount as usual.

SHIPPING

Do you offer delivery on weekend ?

At this moment, we only offer delivery on Mon to Fri 9am - 10pm (SGT) and Sat 9am - 6pm (SGT), excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.

Do I need to pay if there are any custom duties and/or import taxes incurred for International Delivery ?

For International customers outside of Singapore, please keep in mind that any custom duties and/or import taxes imposed are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and we have no control over these charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

What happens if my parcel is returned to sender due to undeliverable address ?

In the event of your parcel is returned to us due to customer failed to provide a valid address, a re-delivery fees will be charged and payable by the customer.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Do you accept size exchange ?

At this moment, we do not offer size/colour exchanges. Customers who require an exchange in size/colour may proceed to return the item. You can refer to our Return Policy for details information of term and conditions for a return. If it's eligible, an e-voucher code will be issued to you. The issued voucher code can be used to repurchase the items in your desired size/colour.

Do you accept returns ?

Yes, we accept returns for online purchases made directly through  www.orlabellefashion.com. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packed in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags intact and  must reach us within 10 working days (Singapore) and 20 working days (International) from the delivered date. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return once your item is received and inspected. Accepted returns, you will be issued an e-voucher code with the refunded amount within 7 working days upon receiving the item and valid for 6 months from the date of issue. You can refer to our Return Policy for details information of term and conditions for a return.
