EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Kindly bear in mind that we do not offer size/colour exchanges at this time. Customers who require an exchange in size/colour may proceed to return the item under the below Returns conditions. If it's eligible, an e-voucher code will be issued to you. You can use the issued voucher code to repurchase the items in your desired size/colour.
We accept returns for online purchases made directly through www.orlabellefashion.com with below term and conditions :
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packed in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags intact. Our return process is strictly via post.
- Returns must reach us within 10 working days (Singapore) and 20 working days (International) from the delivered date.
- All return parcels are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are encouraged to mail returns via a trackable source such as Singpost's registered mail or courier. Orlabelle Fashion will not be liable for any lost mails and returns will not be processed if your parcel does not reach us as per our returns time frame.
- All returns must be mailed back with a completed Return Form. Once you have made sure that your order is eligible for a return, you can simply download the Return Form here. Please fill up the form and get endorsement from us.
- All items will be inspected upon return. Accepted returns, you will be issued an e-voucher code with the refunded amount within 7 working days upon receiving the item and valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All additional shipping charges will be borne by customers for the returns.
- We reserve the right to reject the returns. If the item is not eligible for return, the reject goods will be mailed back to customers. Any additional shipping charges incurred to facilitate the return will be borne by customers.
- Sales items, intimates and accessories are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
