ACCOUNT

  1. If you are NEW here, by creating an account with us allows you to keep track of your purchase history records, such as order&payment status. You can also save your shipping address, so you do not have to refill up your mailing address details for every order that you purchase with us.
  2. If you are already registered an account with us, start shopping by filling up your email address, password and simply click on "Sign In" .

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Add the item(s) you wish to purchase into your shopping cart.
  2. Once your are done with shopping, simply click on "Shopping Cart" icon to review your items. When you are ready to complete your order, simply click on "Proceed To Checkout" button.
  3. Sign In / Create your account.
  4. If you have a valid promo/discount code, enter the code and click on "Apply" button.
  5. Select your preferred shipping method.
  6. Select your preferred payment method and make payment.
  7. Upon order completion, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.

    Please bear in mind that cancellation and amendment can't be made once your order has been confirmed. Therefore, do check and ensure that everything is correct before final checkout.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed on the next working days.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND STATUS

You will receive the following notification emails from us upon final checkout is completed :

  • An order confirmation email: once your order has been confirmed. Your order reference number will be provided.
  • A payment confirmation email: once your order payment has been successfully received.
  • A shipping confirmation email: once your order has been dispatched to the delivery service provider. Your order tracking number will be provided.
  • An order completed email: once your order has been successfully delivered to you.

You can also check your order status and view your invoice at anytime by logging into your account.

Your orders will be processed and dispatched to our delivery partner within 1-2 working days upon payment confirmation, exclude weekends and public holidays.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Simply checkout from our website with your PayPal account or debit/credit card. All transaction charges by PayPal will be fully absorded by us.
